what is the AML Certification for ICPAC and CBA professionals mock exams course?


An Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer (AMLCO) registered under the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) or the Cyprus Bar Association (CBA) is required obtain the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification. This AML certification follows the ICPAC’s and CBA’s obligations to ensure compliance with the national anti-money laundering law and directives.

The obligation to obtain the AML certification applies to all existing and newly appointed AMLCO working in ICPAC and CBA registered firms and stems from the fitness and properness criteria required for their appointment. Furthermore, the certification is available to any individual who wishes to obtain practical knowledge on anti-money laundering and combating financing terrorism matters applicable to their day-to-day work.
