Eliana has close to a decade of experience in the financial services sector, having worked across both customer service and regulatory compliance functions. 

Over the years, she has developed expertise in licensing applications, regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, and internal audits, helping regulated firms navigate evolving regulatory requirements and maintain effective compliance frameworks. 

Since joining SALVUS Funds in 2026, Eliana has been passionate about aligning regulatory compliance with operational effectiveness. Combining her compliance expertise with a strong customer-focused background, she delivers practical training aimed at helping professionals understand and apply regulatory requirements in a clear, risk-based, and business-oriented manner.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses

CPD plays a significant role is the development of any professional with a field of work. It is particularly important for professionals working in the financial services industry in which regulatory frameworks are continuously added or updated. Furthermore, a CySEC Certified Person is required to complete a minimum number of CPD units annually to maintain the validity of their certification. CySEC Certified Persons holding key positions within Cyprus Investment Firms (CIF) and other CySEC regulated entities that do not meet the annual CPD requirements risk their CySEC certificate and position at their firm.  

In addition to the mandatory CPD requirements CySEC certification holders must meet on an annual basis, completing CPD courses will also help professionals learn new skills or update their existing knowledge based on the latest regulatory developments.
